Asset Protection Wing

Protection, Enforcement & Restoration - Safeguard public assets, lakes, nalas, parks, playgrounds, open spaces, roads, and public lands.

FTL Information (Full Tank Level)

The Full Tank Level (FTL) represents the maximum water storage capacity of a reservoir or lake. Protecting these boundaries is critical to preventing urban flooding. HYDRAA enforces strict guidelines prohibiting any commercial or residential developments within FTL boundaries and their adjacent buffer zones.

FTL Boundary Rules

  • • Lake Area > 10 Hectares: 30-meter buffer zone required from FTL boundary.
  • • Lake Area < 10 Hectares: 9-meter buffer zone required from FTL boundary.
  • • Rivers/Canals: 15-meter buffer zone from the primary discharge edge.

Conservation Directives

Through integration with satellite imaging and GIS technology, FTL coordinates are mapped directly to survey records. HYDRAA proactively removes unauthorized concrete structures erected inside these protected areas.
